CrossFit Kids

 

CrossFit Kids/Teens focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the child’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments.  It is not a watered down version of CrossFit for adults but a totally different design altogether.  This program is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays. Note: CrossFit Cayman Kids/Teen athletes have access to the CrossFit Cayman gym during classes only.

(12-16 years old)

FRIDAY
3:45pm to 4:30pm
