How long have you been CrossFitting? It will be three years as of Feb 2017

What is your favorite WOD/Exercise? I think my favourite WODs/exercises are body-weight routines, such as pull-ups and push-ups—and I’m starting to do squats without too much trouble. It took a while for my “old” sinews to get flexible enough to do the squat properly
