Schedule/Pricing

Summer break dates: Our last class will be on Friday, June 30 and resumes back on Monday, August 14 at 3:30 p.m. until 4:15 p.m.

Class Schedule:

(Please note: At this time, we are currently only offering CrossFit Teen/Tween classes for ages 12 to 16 yrs. Please see schedule and pricing below.)

  • Mondays at 3:30pm to 4:15pm
  • Fridays at 3:30pm to 4:15pm

Class Pricing:

  • 10 class package: $125
  • 1 drop-in class: $15

After School Programs:

CrossFit Cayman works with schools to schedule after school clubs, P.E. classes or a one-time visit as part of any fitness program or physical education.  Please contact Tarasa at tarasa@crossfitcayman.com if you are interested in scheduling and more details.

Private Training: 

Private training sessions are available for children as one-on-one sessions or small group  training of two or three kids. A meeting with the coach is required to begin private sessions to discuss goals and needs for the individual child.  With these sessions a program specifically designed for the child will be developed.  The benefits of private training are exponential and the one on one attention from the coach allows for in depth fitness training as well as provide opportunity for positive conversations regarding a healthy lifestyle.

 One-on-one packages: 

  • one-on-one session (45 minutes): $50
  • 10 one-on-one sessions: $450
  • 20 one-on-one sessions: $935
  • 40 one-on-one sessions: $1760

Small group training packages:

  • 10 two-on-one sessions: $440 per person
  • 10 three-on-one sessions: $400 per person
  • 20 two-on-one sessions: $825 per person
  • 20 three-on-one sessions: $725 per person
