Nikki Crance

Nicole (Nikki) Crance began her CrossFit journey in 2013 at the age of 21 at CrossFit Cayman. She grew up as a fairly active child, playing women’s fast pitch softball all the way through her high school years. Like most women, Nikki has been no stranger to the world of low self-esteem, trying diet after diet, struggling with weight battles and having very poor stability in her outlook on true health and fitness. However, once coming to CrossFit, this was her first step in finally finding that firm foundation, realizing that there is so much more to health, fitness and even beauty than how much you weigh. “CrossFit revealed to me that real health is about becoming the best you possible, inside and out, no matter what that looks like, and I finally received that answer when I came to CrossFit Cayman.” Since then, Nikki has gone on to complete her Level 1 CrossFit Trainer course in 2014 and has certainly seen herself progress in every facet of health and fitness, including a love for wholesome nutrition. But even more so, it is her utmost desire to continue her own journey by walking alongside others in their pursuit of optimal living by being a supporter, a coach, a friend, just like her coaches have been to her. “My heart yearns for real freedom for people. I feel like so many of us walk around feeling enslaved to our habits or in disbelief that we can truly achieve our goals in whatever area of health it is, not just physical health. Because I know those feelings all too well, I made my career about sharing life with others as we pursue the best project we will ever work on: ourselves.”
