Take 8 minutes and work up to a heavyish Squat Snatch.

Then:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, alternate between the following:

Even Minute: 3 Squat Snatches (55%-65% of 1RM)
Odd Minute: 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
