Reminder: Due to the Olympic Lifting clinic, there will be No Open Gym. We will still be running our regularly scheduled 9am group class.

In teams of 2, with 1 partner working a time, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 200 Meters
16 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
8 Burpees
