Beach WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Swim 25 meters
10 Hand-release push-ups
20 Walking Lunges
200 Meter Soft Sand Run

Class WOD:

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:

10 Deadlifts 185/125
15 Sit-ups
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
