Workout of the Day:

On the minute every minute for 18 minutes, alternate between the following
movements/repetitions.

5 Touch and Go Power Snatches 95/65
10 Wall Ball (20/14)
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

*Minute 1: 5 Snatches, Minute 2: 10 Wall Ball, Minute 3: 10 Kettlebell Swings, etc.)

Then:

Every minute on the minute for seven minutes:

3 Shoulder Press @ 75%
