Workout of the Day:

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Thrusters 95/65
30 Double-unders
3 Muscle-ups (sub 3 bar muscle-ups or 6 Strict pull-ups or 8 chest to bar pull-ups or 10 Kipping Pull-ups)
