On the minute every minute for 8 minutes:

1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats

Then:

21-15-9 reps for time of:

225/155-lb. Deadlifts
Overhead Lunge steps
Lateral Burpees over the barbell

Use a 45/25 Pound Plate for the overhead lunges.
