Workout of the Day:

Squat Clean: 2 reps every 90 seconds for 12 minutes.  Build to a heavy weight.


5 rounds for time of:
205/135-lb. Power cleans, 3 reps
20 Box Jumps
20 Pull-ups

*There are 100 pull-ups total in this workout.  Make sure you scale properly to ensure safety.
