Workout of the Day:

Warm up:

50 Wall Ball 20/14
27 Strict Pull-ups

*7 minute time cap

Then:

On the minute every minute for 10 minutes Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats

*(Squat Clean weight then stand up then perform 2 more front Squats)

Then:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

20 box jumps, 24/20-inch box
10 handstand push-ups
