Workout of the Day:

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
75 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
400 Meter Run
75 Shoulder to Overhead 75/55
400 Meter Run
75 Goblet Squats 53/35
400 Meter Run
75 Burpees

*Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach.
