Workout of the Day:

10 minutes Handstand push-ups (if you cannot perform any form of Handstand push-up: perform a challenging shoulder press or bench press  instead. Your coach will help you pick a good weight)
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups

Your score will be the total amount of reps you completed.
