What is your favorite WOD/Exercise? Snatch.

 

What is your least favorite WOD/Exercise? Rowing.

 

What is your previous workout/athletic background? Squash.  Very little else.

 

What was your first experience of CrossFit like?  Very scary.  Thought I could not manage it physically.   It still scares me sometimes.

 

What results have you seen since CrossFitting?  I lost 35 pounds, and now beginning to build muscle.  My stress levels have reduced tremendously.
