Workout of the Day:

Five rounds of:
10 Deadlifts
10 Hang power cleans
10 Shoulder to overheads
10 Front squats

Rest two minutes between each round. Each athlete will choose their own load.

75 Double-unders
400 meter Run
50 Double-unders
400 meter Run
25 Double-unders
